Relying on TeamAssist, operators can intuitively present key information to
in-store team members when, where, and how the information is needed.
With the recipe viewer functionality, TeamAssist provides critical recipe information, ensuring accuracy and consistency while eliminating the costly printing and shipping of menu cards or recipe books that serve to clutter the restaurant. And with support for photos and videos, operators can also use TeamAssist to create a group of training “recipes” for display in the restaurant. Just like for training purposes, the operator could build a group of maintenance “recipes” – such as for shutting down a grill or cleaning the restrooms.

Use with the CSK or Alone
Often used in a restaurant kitchen along with QSR’s ConnectSmart Kitchen (CSK) graphical software, TeamAssist can also be used completely stand-alone in any kitchen, or anywhere in any part of any restaurant, bar, buffet, bakery, or grocery store.
With the CSK’s tabbed views, a single physical kitchen monitor at a specific kitchen station can be transformed into eight virtual kitchen stations with easy to navigate tabs configured at the top of the customizable CSK kitchen station screen. When running TeamAssist within a CSK tabbed view, an assembler will automatically see the Expo View for a menu item, where information about presentation is provided. At the same time, a prep chef will automatically see the Prep View for that same menu item, where information about ingredients and cooking procedures is most important.

Automate Training and Maintenance Tasks
Just like with the recipe viewer functionality, operators can use TeamAssist to group together and present videos for training and maintenance purposes – gaining ease of maintenance, speed of delivery, and significant cost savings by eliminating the printing and shipping of spec cards, workbooks, or DVDs.
