ConnectSmart Reservations

With the flexible ConnectSmart Reservations, operators can take advantage of a default inventory data set or build the inventory for the specific operation. Users within the store can alter the inventory within the reservations book as needed for a specific day. Users can also block slots in real-time, as well as take multiple slots when booking a large party. Drop downs, color coding for required fields, and icons for quick notes and guest preferences add to the highly intuitive interface.

A logon account can be created for each user with different security levels to ensure that only the specified personnel are allowed to perform certain functions, such as booking large parties and deleting or cancelling reservations.  This also allows history to be accurately tracked.

Key to enhancing speed and sales, operators can take advantage of the guest data captured during the reservations process when taking new reservations – searching on key fields to locate reservations information – as well as to support targeted marketing efforts, such as providing offers based on guest habits and special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries.

Streamlining guest management, ConnectSmart Reservations automatically moves reservations into ConnectSmart Hostess within a user defined number of hours prior to the party’s scheduled arrival time.  Just like wait list and call ahead guests, all reservations and online reservations for that day can be viewed within a customizable graphical tab at the hostess stand.  And users can easily move between the reservations functionality and the seating and wait list functionality with the touch of a button or click of a mouse.

With a shared and robust database, the solution quickly captures and provides guest history, including contact and preferences information, while offering flexible search methods to access reservations information as well as guest data during the booking and seating processes. This not only adds efficiency, but also empowers the entire restaurant team with critical guest data at all times in order to provide the most personalized guest service.

 

Powerful stand-alone application

While most hospitality operators require innovative seating and wait list management to fully maximize guest satisfaction, QSR understands that some operators may only require reservations functionality.  Therefore, the ConnectSmart Reservations software is also available for installation as a stand-alone application, without the table management functionality of QSR’s ConnectSmart Hostess software.

Operators can still choose to track when guests arrive and any parties who do not show up, as well as all changes to a reservation.  These functions are available within the reservations book, and the information can also be captured for historical reporting purposes.
