Designed to alleviate team member stress and reduce operating costs, QSR’s ConnectSmart TeamAssist is an easy-to-use, efficient solution for creating, maintaining, and presenting recipe information to in-store team members.
With TeamAssist, restaurants gain ease of maintenance, speed of delivery, and significant cost savings by eliminating the printing and shipping of spec cards, workbooks, or DVDs that serve to clutter the restaurant. TeamAssist also ensures accuracy and consistency with minimal training effort when introducing new products and personnel.
Often used in a restaurant kitchen along with QSR’s CSK kitchen display software, TeamAssist can also be used completely stand-alone in any kitchen, or anywhere in any part of any restaurant, bar, buffet, bakery, or grocery store. TeamAssist enables restaurants to intuitively present key recipe information to in-store team members when, where, and how the information is needed.
When using TeamAssist with the CSK, an assembler will see the Expo View for a menu item, where information about presentation is provided. At the same time, a prep chef will see the Prep View for that same menu item, where information about ingredients and cooking procedures is most important. The Expo View and Prep View can also show different photos and videos for the same menu item, as needed based on the activity at hand. TeamAssist can also be used along with QSR’s ePic KDS line item kitchen station screens.
