Restaurant Speed Tracker
ConnectSmart FreshServe is a restaurant speed tracker that enables quick service restaurants with or without a drive-thru to set a speed guarantee for guests, ultimately resulting in increased efficiencies, guest satisfaction, and sales.
Fully integrated with QSR's ePic KDS and CSK kitchen display software, FreshServe keeps track of the amount of time it takes to deliver an order to the guest by tracking order completion at the point-of-sale to order completion in the kitchen. Ensuring accountability, the restaurant team members always know the status of the order with a glance at the kitchen display screen and guests always know the status of the order via an intuitive graphical display at the front counter or an LED Display at the drive-thru.
Based on the speed threshold established by the restaurant, each guest is rewarded with a receipt at order completion. For orders that beat the established speed goal, the receipt thanks the guest and shows the total order time. For orders that exceed the speed goal, the receipt includes a coupon for a future visit.
The colors, header, and time thresholds are configurable by the restaurant through an intuitive browser-based tool which ensures changes are applied to the system as they are made and without the requirement to restart the application.
Sold as a software and hardware bundled solution, the FreshServe system is most often installed with QSR's xCeed controller. Able to fully power the FreshServe system without the need for any space on the restaurant's backoffice computer, the receipt printer and LED Display can both be connected to the xCeed.
