Our highly trained reseller partners deliver excellent support for the QSR solutions.  Their services include project planning and management, implementation, and post-installation support such as help desk services.  To help our partners maintain these vital technical skills, QSR provides extensive documentation as well as ongoing training and additional support materials.  QSR’s technical support is also available when a partner needs assistance with a specific configuration or for trouble-shooting an issue.

QSR Reseller Ready Program


QSR’s Reseller Ready program promotes relationships with organizations who provide value-added sales and support for the QSR solutions, enabling QSR to extend superior service to customers regardless of their geographic location or point-of-sale platform choice.  The Reseller Ready program is designed to enhance the success of our resellers, who in turn help customers gain greater control over their operations.      

The Reseller Ready program rewards reseller investments in selling and supporting the QSR solutions, offering higher benefits based on achievements and resource commitments.  Reseller Ready offers three partnership levels – Member, Advance, and Premier. 

To help our partners market, deliver, and service the QSR products, the Reseller Ready program offers such benefits as access to QSR Technical Support, regular communications, and sales tools.  And our Advance and Premier Reseller Ready partners receive additional discounts on support and training, as well as enhanced marketing and sales support and participation in product round tables as well as the Reseller Rewards cooperative marketing program.
